    Description

    Very rare vintage Bakelite Brooch by Martha Sleeper.
    The brooch is designed as a yellow bow with red dots, from which six 1 1/2" diameter dotted disks are suspended.
    The brooch is 3 3/4" long.
    This particular brooch is known to have been designed by Martha Sleeper.
    The brooch is in great condition with the colors nice and vibrant.
    Only information we have been able to find about it with auction record is from a "Skinner's"  auction dated March 15, 2005 in which auction this exact same brooch sold for ,760.
    There is no other documentation so far that we could find, indication that it is indeed very rare.
