These blades are made of a special thickness for extra flexibility required on small diameter wheels.  The blade material is a pre tempered high carbon steel with a Rockweel Hardness of 44-46 RC.  The narrow width is ideal for scroll cutting and the fine teeth create a fine finish in softwood, plywood and other soft materials.  The last picture in the group shows the backside of the packaging which has some useful information about blade size selection, application, use and safety.
