Knights of Columbus 500th Anniversary Christopher Columbus Bronze Medallion

This is a Knights of Columbus Christopher Columbus 500th Anniversary Bronze Medallion in a silver or pewter metal frame. The medallion is roughly 1-1/4" in diameter with the frame measuring about 7-3/8" x 11-1/2" tall. The certificate does have some stains on it that can be best viewed in picture #4.
