I dont know much about this pretty plate, except whats on the back.   but its in very good condition, really sweet design
made by Berdardaud & Co Limoges for Spiers and Pond Stores, Queen Victoria Street, London EC,    D&C FRANCE 72525
8 1/2" diameter which is usually a salad plate I think?
From my smoke free pet free home, before that on the wall in my moms same type home for years,   I left the plate hanger on, but comes off easily if not wanted
