Early Knights of Columbus Embossed Event Card from the DeSoto Council No. 327 dated November 5th, 1909. The DeSoto council was founded on March 20, 1898 in New York.  It was named after the famous Spanish explorer, Fernando DeSoto. The DeSoto Council is located in the heart of New York City and still serves the community to this day.  This card is is good antique condition with only some staining at the left bottom, as shown in the photos above. It measures approximately 3 1/4" x 4 7/8". Very nice early piece of historical memorabilia from the Knights of Columbus, a great old Fraternal Organization!
