    Description

    You are bidding on a large original antique print from an 1880s illustrated journal. The quality of the printing from that era was exceptional.
    It depicts a beautiful black flat-coated Retriever dog in a swimming race against a man. The dog is clearly the winner. The even was watched by crowds on the decks of ships. Good dog!
    The print
    is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 11 x 16 inches (28 x 40.5 cm). The picture fills the bottom half, with a caption below. It could easily be trimmed for framing.
    The page is in excellent condition for its age.
    There is text/photos on the back of the print.
