If you want to make an offer don't offer some ridiculous low ball INSULTING offer.
All USED Items are sold AS IS  And may have some normal wear  and scratches gouges worn down threads  but will still be completely usable with some common sense.
If you want as new quality then buy new parts .
Shipping is high because of events that transpired over the past three months  I no longer trust the USPS  to deliver items in a timely manner  and I am forced to only use Fed Ex and UPS  for shipping my items.  If you can get a lower rate and pre pay a lable and send it to me I will refund all shipping costs that would be even better  Thanks
